What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service.
International orders are shipped using a range of carriers.
What are shipping times and costs?
FREE delivery is offered on all orders over £30
For orders less than this, a small shipping fee from £2.99 will apply depending on shipping service desired.
Orders will usually ship next business day and customers should expect to receive their supplements 2-3 business days from dispatch date.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
Who do i contact if i receive incorrect items or my products have been damaged in the post?
