Description:

Fluid balance support and herbal diuretic

Aqua Harmony is a gentle, yet effective combination of concentrated herbals and nutrients, designed to support healthy fluid levels in the body.

Many people, especially women, suffer with excess stored water (non-medical oedema). Many also find that during each monthly cycle, they experience uncomfortable bloating of the abdomen and puffiness of the fingers, eyes, knees and ankles, as a result.

This supplement encourages the body's natural elimination of stored water and waste via the kidneys.

          Active Ingredients

          • Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being. It is an essential nutrient that our bodies need to function properly. Vitamin B6 is involved in various physiological processes, including metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and immune function. It is found naturally in many foods, such as poultry, fish, whole grains, and vegetables.
Supplements that contain vitamin B6 offer several health benefits. Firstly, vitamin B6 is essential for the production of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. It also helps in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, converting them into energy. Additionally, vitamin B6 plays a vital role in brain development and function. It is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which regulate mood, cognition, and behaviour. Furthermore, vitamin B6 supports a healthy immune system by aiding in the production of antibodies that fight off infections. It also helps maintain proper hormone balance and supports the health of the nervous system. Overall, supplements containing vitamin B6 can contribute to improved energy levels, brain function, immune response, and overall well-being.

          • Supplements that contain magnesium have gained significant popularity due to their potential health and nutritional benefits. Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays a crucial role in various bodily functions. It is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions, including energy production, muscle contraction, nerve function, and DNA synthesis.

One of the primary health benefits of magnesium supplements is their ability to support bone health. Magnesium works in conjunction with other minerals, such as calcium and vitamin D, to promote proper bone formation and strength. It helps regulate calcium levels in the body, ensuring that calcium is efficiently absorbed into the bones. Additionally, magnesium aids in the activation of vitamin D, which is necessary for calcium absorption. By maintaining optimal magnesium levels through supplementation, individuals can reduce the risk of osteoporosis and enhance overall bone health.

Furthermore, magnesium supplements have been associated with cardiovascular health benefits. Magnesium plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy heart rhythm and blood pressure levels. It helps relax the blood vessels, which promotes proper blood flow and reduces the risk of hypertension. Studies have also suggested that magnesium supplementation may help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and improve insulin sensitivity, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Incorporating magnesium supplements into a balanced diet can contribute to overall cardiovascular wellness.

          • Dandelion root supplements have gained popularity in recent years due to their potential health and nutritional benefits. Dandelion root is derived from the common dandelion plant, scientifically known as Taraxacum officinale. This plant has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, particularly in Asian and European cultures.

One of the key health benefits of dandelion root supplements is their potential to support liver health. Dandelion root contains compounds that may help stimulate the production of bile, which aids in the digestion and breakdown of fats. Additionally, it may have diuretic properties, promoting the elimination of toxins from the body through increased urine production. Some studies suggest that dandelion root may also have anti-inflammatory properties and could potentially support immune system function.

In terms of nutritional benefits, dandelion root is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. It is particularly high in vitamin C, which is known for its antioxidant properties and its role in supporting immune system function. Dandelion root also contains vitamin A, vitamin K, and various B vitamins. Furthermore, it is a good source of minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, and manganese. These nutrients are essential for maintaining overall health and vitality.

Overall, dandelion root supplements offer a range of potential health benefits, particularly in supporting liver health and providing essential vitamins and minerals. However, it is important to note that while dandelion root is generally considered safe for most people, it may interact with certain medications or cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Therefore, it is always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

          • Alfalfa is a plant that has been used for centuries as a natural remedy and dietary supplement. It is rich in essential nutrients and has numerous health benefits. Alfalfa supplements are commonly consumed to enhance overall health and well-being.

One of the key health benefits of alfalfa supplements is their high nutritional content. Alfalfa is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that play a vital role in supporting various bodily functions. It is an excellent source of vitamin K, which is essential for blood clotting and bone health. Additionally, alfalfa contains vitamins A, C, and E, which are potent antioxidants that help protect our cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Moreover, alfalfa supplements are known for their potential to support digestive health. The fibre content in alfalfa aids in promoting regular bowel movements and preventing constipation. It also acts as a prebiotic, providing nourishment to the beneficial bacteria in our gut, which helps maintain a healthy digestive system. Furthermore, alfalfa contains enzymes that assist in breaking down proteins and improving digestion.

In summary, alfalfa supplements offer a range of health benefits due to their high nutritional content and digestive support properties. Incorporating alfalfa into your daily routine may help boost your overall health and well-being. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement to ensure it is suitable for your individual needs and to avoid potential interactions with medications or existing health conditions.
